This 1960s Holdsworth was brought to us by a customer who wanted it to look period perfect and be able to be used for the Italian L'eroica gaiole 120km 'bianchi strade' course  as well as serious road riding. It had been sprayed very badly and fitted with modern parts. We ripped it apart, and had the frame and forks repainted in Team Holdsworth colours with original decals. Gb bars and stem were sourced, as were matching Campagnolo parts for the ten speed gear set up. Perios Weinmann brakes were cleaned, rebuilt and hand polished, whilst the levers were fitted with New Old Stock gum hoods.  Details played a huge part in this build, right down to the brass knock off wheel nuts, Brooks Professional copper rivet saddle and matchng bar tape, and Weinmann rims laced to Pelissier hubs. A cool looking nostalgia racer!
